5 years ago By the way, I should note the following: The tooltip for Battle Shout with Solarian's Sapphire & Commanding Presence is correct. However, the actual attack power gain on the character sheet is not.
For example.. (1) Battle Shout (Rank 8) [ID 2048] - 305 Attack Power (2) Commanding Presence (4/5) [ID 12860] - 20% Bonus to AP from Battle Shout
(1) & (2) together give 366 Attack Power, this is correct on the tooltip and is correctly given on the character sheet.
(3) Solarian's Sapphire (ID: 30446) - +70 Base AP to Battle Shout
(1), (2) & (3) result in a tooltip showing 450 AP which is correct. [(305+70)*1.2=450] However, when viewing character sheet AP before Battle Shouting and afterwards, only 436 AP is being given from the Battle Shout. Since 14 AP is missing, I'm concluding that Commanding Presence is not fully functional on Solarion's Sapphire here, even though it is showing the correct bonus on the tooltip of the shout.
Description: Solarian's Sapphire (ID: 30446) is not stacking with Commanding Presence (ID's: 12318, 12857, 12858, 12860, 12861).
How it works: It is giving a final additive bonus of 70 Attack Power to Battle Shout.
How it should work: It should give a base bonus of 70 Attack Power to Battle Shout, allowing said bonus to be able to be affected by Commanding Presence.
Evidence: This is just commonly known.
