Trinket disappeared #4122

After logging on my character I'm missing my trinket Bladefist's Breadth from quest Cruel intentions. I'm using it all the time with my shamanistic rage so I noticed immediatelly. Still on bar - yet missing. I saw there were more similar cases like this.

The same issue like me , gm told me delete the bag addons and the issue is resolved.

And this worked for you? True, I use Bagnon, but even deleting it and cache it didnt work...
