I know that. I just wanted to point out two most important bugs you immediately see when fighting her and that make her much harder than she should be.
Don't worry, no one has killed Vashj legit yet on this server. Only exploit kills :)
Enchanted elementals still cause this boss to be 10x harder than it should be. There are too many of them and they go through textures, increase her damage output a lot.
The biggest problem is with the north-western spawn (1st flag), enchanted elemental almost every time falls under textures there which is huge dps drop for the raid.

from 6th to 8th minutes you can see 3-4 elementals. You can see the same spawned in the same time on the screenshot.
In addition to that her forked lightining has no cooldown and she keeps spamming it A LOT.

Forket lightning seems to be working fine. She casts if very often but this is how it looks like on the video. Couldn't find any info about skill cooldown on the internet.
Prioritize fixing elementals getting under the textures please. Decreasing their number should also be done. Sometimes 2 enchanted elementals spawn in the same place and there are 5-6 elemetals going up the platform on one side.

In addition to everything above: one of the naga which spawned on north-eastern part of the platform did not get into combat. Just stood where he spawned and we had to pull him which cost us ~15seconds.
He should start moving immediately towards vashj, get into combat and possibly aggro one of the healers.

The elementals under the textures is a huge issue. We also noticed a Naga not even moving when it spawned. It sat there until we attacked it. Wasted a ton of time.
Summary of the current Vashj situation after what we have noticed 2 days ago (05/02/2019):
[x] Tainted elementals are moving (fixed)
[x] Too many Enchanted elementals is spawned (fixed)
[x] Enchanted elementals move too fast (fixed)
[ ] Enchanted elementals still get under textures which is critical bug as DPS has to wait until they get out of the textures right next to Vashj in order to prevent her from debuffing herself
[ ] You are sometimes able to run with having Tainted Core in your bag. It doesn't immobilize you.
[x] Vashj is not getting into range after rooting the tank (core mechanic)
[ ] Sometimes naga doesn't get into combat after spawning and doesn't move, which also causes huge waste of time and dps
[ ] After taking at least 1 generator down you can attack Vashj. Not sure if you can bring her down below 50%, but you can definitely debuff her and interrupt her chain which decreases damage taken by the raid
[x] During phase 3, it's nearly impossible to move her. If you step 2-3 yds away from her she immediately starts multishooting the raid. You should be able to drag her away (from the bat goo for example) and she should start shooting only after rooting or if you get away from her really fast and far.
[ ] There's some issue with Grounding Totem. Despite having 2 shamans in a group and both putting down grounding totems sometimes I didn't receive a Grounding Totem Effect buff and got stunned by shock. Sometimes even with having the Grounding Totem buff I got shocked when I was tanking her.
Edit: As of yesterday (07/02/2019) I am now 100% sure that there is some issue with grounding totem. Had 2 shamans and 2 grounding totem buffs, despite this I got shocked for 8k which was followed by crushing while stunned for 15k.

You are also able to slow the naga's. Making them kiteable...

Playing a shaman in tank group on vashj, I think the stun might be a 1-2 effect. As in 1 is the damage and 2 is the stun effect. Sometimes I notice that grounding is soaked and I still see the tank stunned but not at 30% hp. Very important to add here again, the combatlog on this server is very bugged. It's impossible to see in the combatlog what grounding totem did. The same still goes for interrupt.
[ ] Do ya'll want these toxic sporebats to be meleeing and shooting their abilities from 50yds+? Every hunter in our raid has been full spec hawk eye (increased shot range) to counter these horrifically scripted bats. They are still unable to hit the bats. The bats should spawn, and slowly descend into a 40 yd range window, once they are within this window they should begin throwing their toxic spores. They should not be casting toxic spores while they are 50 yds away from the environment
[ ] We had one bat up, and three toxic spores on the ground. Their spell cooldown is too low. This was fixed for two weeks and now its bugged
[ ] Toxic Spores hit for 3020 each second. They should be hitting for 1500 dmg per second. If a toxic spore drops on your head dead center you will take minimum 6k damage as you run out from the center of the cloud. 3020 is not prenerf, its just made up. Bats also descend into melee range, these things are just not scripted whatsoever, they're just free form casting their abilities in an entirely stock state

[ ] Enchanted elementals are still phasing through the ground on a very regular basis, I mean we just treat it as a polish boost to the fight. This has been reported at least 10 times by different github users
[ ] Lady vashj mind control will send the targets in an absolute frenzy, with their movement increased at least 100%. This happens when they get feared during mind control. Happens to a tree druid here

Description: There are 2 obvious and clearly visible bugs there. One of them is making this fight a lot harder than it should be.
How it works:
There are too many Enchanted elementals spawned and they move 300% too fast. In addition to that they sometimes move under textures which makes them impossible to kill.
Lady Vashj is not getting into range and doesn't shoot main target with her bow (and other targets with multishot). This may be connected to a lack of mechanism enabling casting NPCs (especially with frost nova) to get into range after immobilizing target.
How it should work:
There should be less Enchanted elementals spawned and they should move ~50% of normal movement speed. They should not fall under the textures.
Lady Vashj is should move away from the tank for 15yds and start shooting him and other people with multi shot immediately after casting entangling roots.

If possible, please fix elementals as a priority, because now it increases her difficulty unreasonably, other things should determine if the raid succeds or not (like dealing with the core or kiting striders), not having luck of not getting elementals under the textures.
