[Tempest Keep] Kael'thas Sunstrider #4384

1. I was tanking Master Engineer Telonicus in Phase 1. I died during Phase 2, then I recieved a combat ress and In P3 Telonicus was just standing still, not moving at all. He was just trying to throw a bomb on a player that was second on the threat table, but the person was out of range. So he was just standing there and did literally nothing nothing untill I regained the threat. https://gyazo.com/2b9cb98489278af91cea14501b7c55b3

2. Telonicus bombs range is too small, you can simply avoid it by strafing left and right. Melees should also run in and out before bomb lands to avoid damage . https://gyazo.com/272cd8fc94251ca811b14df7e21c5cdf

4. You shouldn't be able to Fear the Devastation in Phase 2. (Nice one Washed Up xD)

5. Phase 3* is atleast 30 seconds longer than it should be. Prenerf it was 1min 30seconds, now it's around 2 minutes. (edited as I wrote P2 previously)

6. Kael'thas is interruptable during Shock Barrier.

7. Phoenixes should be slowable. https://youtu.be/WB2MiQXAwdE?t=14m36s Retail footage. Look at curse of exhaustion.

8. Phoenixes are banishable, they shouldnt be. 8a. If you banish the Phoenix before the Gravity Lapse and then when Banish runs out during Gravity Lapse, Phoenix will become active and fly meleeing random people.

Im not sure if there is more bugs, I'll try to edit this report once I spot more things.

In summary, there's a 60-second rotation which takes place over the entire phase:

[0sec]->[20sec](MC + Arcane Disruption)->[40sec](Phoenix + MC + Arcane Disruption)->[60sec](Shock Barrier + 3 Pyroblasts + Arcane Disruption).

Remote Toy – 60 sec debuff placed on a random player, periodically stuns the affected player for 4 seconds

Conflagration – Randomly targets players within 30 yards; causes disorient effect with 600-900 damage per second plus 300 damage per second to all players within 8 yards of the debuffed player. Capernian will not attack players afflicted by conflagaration.

According to the startegy online there should be only 2 Pyroblasts cast, First one you absorb with shield + 2nd one should kill you unless dps managed to take the shield down. @neheri

Pyroblast Every 60 seconds Kael'thas casts an invariable sequence of Shock Barrier, 3 successive Pyroblasts and Arcane Disruption.

Event Cycle In summary, there's a 60-second rotation which takes place over the entire phase:

[0sec]->[20sec](MC + Arcane Disruption)->[40sec](Phoenix + MC + Arcane Disruption)->[60sec](Shock Barrier + 3 Pyroblasts + Arcane Disruption).

On every server I've killed him so far he was always casting 3x pyro. But I may be wrong.

Maybe in theory he should be able to do 3, but I've never seen him do 3. You shouldn't be able to survive 2nd pyro, because: 1) Legenday shield should be on CD after 1st 2) pyro damage is like 23k+ ( Maybe with Shield Wall, but usualy by that time his Shock Barrier is down.) Nevertheless Kael'thas is bugged and pretty undertuned. He should be an obstacle, while he's not.

He buffs himself with shield only once. You absorb 1st pyro and interrupt the following 2... it's really not a big deal.

His Shock Barrier/Pyro sequence still doesn't work. You don't even need the legendary shield to tank him.

His Barrier still doesnt work, he should cast it and absorb 80k dmg, be uninterruptible with it and cast 3 pyros one after another. Shield is indeed not necessary to kill him now
