Ghost NPCs

I'll try to complete this list.

• [x] 1. Unseen creatures (3094) shouldn't be visible for players at all. They should be visible only for players in ghost form (dead players) or players with Detect Invisibility buffs. Nevertheless they are invisibile for players they still can attack and kill them when player can't do nothing but run.
• [ ] 2. Franclorn Forgewright (8888) has missing script and AI. He should be visible for players only who are in ghost form (are literally dead). He should have some dialogue and quest offer Dark Iron Legacy (3801) and another one as chain (3802). Those quests are part of quite important Key chain so it's better to not skip him. He works fine on Angrathar.
• [ ] 3. Gaeriyan (9299) should be visibile only for dead players. He's missing text: "Please, leave an old spirit in peace" for people w/o or after his quest is done.

Tera Gorfiend I am The whole quest is bugged. Teron does not take control of the body, Karsius is not hostile and does very little damage can easily be soloed by a fresh 70, also the quest reward does not allow you to see ghosts in SMV. https://youtu.be/J4y98dlCfio
