Asks to change username and wipes data #44

This is around the 5th time experiencing this now, but after having the tracker up for a while in my browser, I'll occasionally come back to it and it says "Change user name" although I never prompted that action. Then I notice that all my weekly and daily data is wiped as if the reset already happened. Is there any way to avoid this from happening?

Might be related, I clicked to change the username, out of curiosity, cancelled the change with escape, it changed my username to nothing. Then I tried to set my name again, it didn't accept the change (no error), 5-6 times in a row. Then I forced the cache override, the site still prompted for my username twice, before it finally accepted it.

I expected the ESC to cancel the modal, not to override the data to nothing.

I did not suffer any data loss (I use a registered account).

I too have a registered account. This has happened to me 3 nights in a row. I finished for the day and put my computer to sleep. The browser tab was still open but the computer is effectively off. When I turn the computer on in the morning and return to the tab it's asking me to change my username and all of my weekly and daily data is reset. I thought I had pressed something but today nothing happened except turning off the computer and turning it on. I'm guessing it happens during reset, but I was not up to see that.

Happened again today without prompting a username change. Any way we can save the data for the week in a JSON export or something so I can pick up where I left off easily?
