No horizontal scroll bar when only 1 character is out of screen. #83

If the number of characters exceeds a certain limit, characters will be out of frame. Since there is no horizontal scroll bar, those characters' tasks cannot be clicked. image

The last time I checked there was no horizontal scroll bar. But now the horizontal scroll bar is present.

Oh wait. Actually, if there is only one character that exceeds the screen, no horizontal scroll bar will be shown! That single character gets blocked
