music type: include start and stop time? #123

convention regarding 0: meaningless, start time, first downbeat, fixed 0 point, .. ?

what about durations? rests? chronological order?

also what about infinite music? An infinite list of music pieces could work. Or a music type like above with a Maybe end time.
