Additional options (no crouch and toggle on/off) for essentialCarefulBreak & essentialCarefulDrop #30

Describe the feature Rule Name: essentialCarefulBreak & essentialCarefulDrop Description: Allow these to be used at all times, without the need for crouching & toggle ON/OFF with a key Options: A only activated when crouching B always activated (without need for crouching) C toggle on/off (user defined key) (alternative to having to unsubscribe/re-subscribe)

Expected behavior Currently, you have to crouch for this to work (A). However, some players want the option to have this on all the time, without the need to crouch (B). Additionally, there might be times when you want to stay subscribed but not have this ON (either with A or B), so a toggle option (C), via user-defined key to avoid conflicts, would be great.

Additional info Ability to set the default option for players on the server and save their settings.

It's not quite the same, but someone did add functionality to allow the CarefulBreak functionality without requiring the crouching (aka sneaking) in their fork of "carpet-addons".
