SuperCAT UI menu should indicate to the user whether certain options are available #58
During SuperCAT initialization, it should scan for the required AV files (engine and DAT files) in the correct location and scan for the SCC executable. If these are not available, it should indicate that in the menu with an (Unavailable) tag, and perhaps even disable those commands.
In addition, if we're running in "USER MODE" rather than ADMIN, add tags to the menus that won't work in USER MODE.
The functions that WILL work are "Collect Computer Information" and "Collect Windows Event Logs," with the exception of "security logs"
