Add the possibility for a shift slot to require a time input

Create new cheese shifts - proposal: Create 1 cheese shifts / day with 2 slots: 1 in the morning (8.15 - 20.00) Add an extra mandatory starting time field to be filled by members so we know when to expect them PLUS to nudge cheese members to work together Note: communication to cheese members: cheese training shifts will stay separately so members should check before registering to a slot that no training is taking place (rather an exception).

The idea is to let people choose when they do the shift, as long as it's on the day of the shift. When registering to the slot, they get asked for the time at which they want to come. That time should be displayed on the shifts page so that if someone else registers too they can try to come at the same time.
