Inactive or investing members shouls not appear as frozen #541

I´ve found 3 investing members who are still appearing in the frozen stats (Page "Mitglieder) - could you change that? It shouldn't be possible to be investing & frozen at the same time as frozen only applies to active members.

When switching someone to investing, we automatically unfreeze them. If they become active again, they'll be automatically frozen again by the current system. Current frozen and inactive members get moved to the last attendance mode they had before getting frozen
