[Blacklisted] Empty/blacklisted 2013 han, kod, cve, cvw files #12

I have found two files that were 'empty' (size 14) that were on the usask mirror.

Originally this thread started about blacklisting empty cve, cvw files from 20131018. But Simon Shepherd pointed out that these files should have already been blacklisted and removed from circulation. Kevin K.'s reply is shown above.

2016-01-04 Hello DDWG,

Some empty files have been found (size of 14 when bzipped). They were not on the usask mirror, but found from BAS. They are being added to the blacklist of files for the usask mirror as Simon has indicated his files are also empty.

If you have these files please check the filesize, thank you.

2016-01-04 I think that these files were blacklisted by me at some point, which is why they were not on the usask mirror. As I explained to Kevin S., I keep all of the files from the CV radars, including to the 'garbage' and I suspect that this is how these files were put back into the data stream.

Sorry I'm just now catching up to this, January was one heck of a month for me.

So in sumamry, the blacklisted files from cve, cvw were already blacklisted, but these two from han, kod.c weren't? Should we call this issue then something like "Empty/blacklisted 2013 han, kod files" ?
