I can't confirm Appendix E, though I seem to remember that's how things worked. Is there a reference where I can look for this in my inbox to confirm this information?

Hey @ksterne, I got this information from Fuli's response to the email "Re: Re: Re: [DARN-DDWG] Data problem of JME data from 22 June 2021" - his email was sent Decmber 9th 2021 I believe to the DARN-DDWG list.

I have some additional information now from Kathryn that says they have opened up read-only FTP access as well (I think Jiaojiao sent email to the PI list).
