Hi everyone, I'm just writing this up to give everyone an idea of my plans for the summer (and consequently the plans I have for pyDARN over the rest of the summer too), you might already know but I will be on parental leave from end of Sept/Oct onwards and would like to leave pyDARN in a good place for the time I'll be off, so, I was hoping to get all the nice new features and bug fixes everyone has been working on into a release in the coming months!

Scope
So we have lots of little changes to improve usability in this release, and some bug fixes that would be useful to be released soon.
Currently in develop ready for this release are:
Fixes for new updated requirements for matplotlib versions
Bug Fix: Lowlat default mismatch
NSSC radars
Calculating potentials in map plots at any position (for data return)
Embargo warnings for data under 1 year old and -ve CPID

Proposed Timeline
Branch made: 26th July
Release branch testing deadline: 6th September
This timeline gives me 3 weeks to sort out the remaining things I want to develop,
then gives testers 6 weeks to test and resolve any issues in the release branch.
Which then gives me ~4 weeks to deal with any hot fixes or issues before I go on parental leave and I can leave pyDARN in a good condition for the coming year.
Pull Requests
All PRs already merged into develop will be included in this release
Currently there is a bug in the develop branch for installation, this also need to be fixed soon.
