Removing Partial Records

This enhancement will remove the partial records you sometimes see in FITACF it may also avoid partial records in GRID and MAP files as well (but need to do more research on that).

Thanks @mts299 for investigating this issue. We never got to the bottom of it and I'm going to close the issue and the linked PR. We can reopen it later if needed.
