Updating dmaptocdf and dmaptoncdf error messages #577

This pull request changes the error messages being printed to stderr by dmaptoncdf to refer to netCDF files rather than CDF files. No functionality should change.

In a futile effort to address #211, I've also modified dmaptocdf to print the error message text associated with the status flags.

I know there isn't really a good way to test this. The changes look fine and the branch compiles ok, so I'll merge now.
