Where is the data-set (.nii files) used in the documentation? #168

I integrated the various registration algorithms in my web application and I want to check if they execute correctly.
I can't seem to find where the .nii files used in the documentation are imported from. Otherwise, is there any dataset of medical images that require registration available to the public?

It would be great for users who just build SimpleElastix to be able to copy and paste the HelloWorld example into a Jupyter Notebook or something and run it successfully without getting a "file not found" error.

Better yet, each .rst file in the folder SimpleElastix/Documentation/Sphinx/ could have a corresponding ipynb file that can be run in Jupyter Notebook by the user.
