Apply already know non rigid transformation in SimpleElastix #324

Hello, I' d like to apply a know non-rigid transformation using SimpleElastix. I know it's possible to apply transformation using transformix and the file TransformParameters.txt. The file in the field TransformParameters seems to store only translation and rotation parameters. Is it possible to apply non -rigid transformation in order to initialize the registration?

Hi Zaira Are you sure the TransformParameters.txt is the result of a non-rigid transformation? If you used Bsplines, the txt file should contain a field (Transform "BSplineTransform") at the top
