Do you have any guidelines or list of files to change in order to upgrade the Simpleitk version on our end? I'm needing to get some updates for N4bias in Simpleitk-2.1 so trying to figure that portion out.
It would be nice if you had a list of steps you take when updating like when you went from 1.2 to 2.0.
