2d/3d registration #417

Hi. I found a state that "SimpleElastix cannot handle 2d/3d registration" written in 2019. Now I am trying 2d/3d registration, and I am curious about still we cannot use SimpleElastix to 2d/3d registration.

Exact problem what I am trying to solve is, rotate / translate 3d mesh model on 2d x-ray image.
