Hello everyone, I am having difficult while registering image with different size, The moving image has 409x432x451 and the fixed has 149x164x156 while registering with simpleElastix the results is cropped. refer to this link, https://github.com/SuperElastix/SimpleElastix/issues/179#, I did know how to edit the size of the domain in the transform parameter map, which was the answer provided.
If there is someone who knows how this could be solved, can help me.
