A slight none issue... but after running transformix on the ABA ccf v3 annotation file (first image) the resulting transformed image has a totally different colour grading (second image). I'm using Fiji to view the images and I've tried changing the LUT but nothing changes. Any ideas how to change this behaviour? Thanks!
