Chingy reported that for him in EA some matches are missing.

This is the player profile call which confirms the shard and also that the player exist

This is the API call that returns Not Found. Player confirmed that they played 3 matches yesterday.

I think this is a duplicate of the larger missing match issue. @kvahuja can we close this one?
