Fixes # .

Changes proposed:

• Organized all assets folders
• Moved all schemas, examples to assets/resources folder
• Removed makefile forcing lowercase

Hey All - Pierre chatted internally, and this format change does two things:

• Makes it easier for him to provide assets for us (<3 @PierreAndreis !!!)
• Matches the file names to the descriptors coming down in the game data (more)

Looks good to me!
