add "Halcyon Rapier" to the changelog #297

Hey @PierreAndreis I think given that this value shouldn't really be public anywhere (with the exception of a few matches (60 minute period) that missed it, we may not want it in the official documentation?

@schneefux I suspect your concern is that "a few matches have it" Totally true. Ideally we could patch them up, and we're hoping to add that functionality this fall. For now, it might have to be an annoying edge case. They will eventually get archived.

It's in the data, it breaks my application, it must be documented!!!

Yup, this should be documented instead of making people wonder why their application is broken. I know it was inconsistent for only a short while but it is important.
