Changes proposed

• Adds ISO folders for each language
• Duplicates text for each language
• Adds the "Gitbook" open source build tool chain, with accompanying scripts added to the makefile.

I'd still like to:

• [ ] Give attribution to the folks doing translation. @Skillz4Killz has this in there, but I'm not sure where we should put it now that I changed a few things (Intro, a colophon, etc.)

Note: I opened a second ticket (#300) to theme these to look like the new designs that @NKaloyeros created.

giving credit should be fairly simple and it could be in the readme of every language or a separate page at the end of the docs. The readme currently has the introduction and at the bottom, you could list the credits which could contain both translators and anyone who helps maintain it.
