User KazKaito (NA) not showing in the API #302

User KazKaito has noticed his matches are not showing in the API Sample Query: https://api.dc01.gamelockerapp.com/shards/na/matches?page[limit]=50&page[offset]=0&filter[playerNames]=KazKaito&sort=createdAt&filter[createdAt-start]=2017-09-01T01:00:00Z&filter[createdAt-end]=2017-09-18T20:05:00Z

His IGN is actually KazKaito with a space after the o.
