A hero has Serpent's Mask and kills a minion, that is a "Heal": 25 most of the time
Churnwalker heals himself because of his perk when he's damaged
Alpha heals herself with her B
Krul heals himself using his B
Ironguard Contract, "Heal": 75

There are more, these are the first I found.

It seems like source unknown are coming from some perks (abilities perks, heroes perks, item perks, etc)
