Parse template data to flash template data xml syntax #58

This change in the template host file translates json to xml for the flash template. https://github.com/CasparCG/templatehost/commit/a7440de237144cbdf833d2861f0a89d39e0265e1

So long as these template host files are used (still not included in builds) then json can be sent to flash templates.
