Describe the bug
I'm doing Planetary Defense Science research, starting with Energy Control. To investigate lvl 1 it said it will take 00:06:03 but instead it took 00:13:26 which is the time required to complete the same investigation to upgrade to lvl 2. From lvl 2 -> lvl 3 it requires 26 minutes but instead, timer shows 53 which is the amount required to investigate lvl 3 to lvl 4
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'Science Research'
Click on 'Planetary Defense Science > Energy Control'
You move the mouse at the Energy Control icon to read it's description, gold required and estimated time.
When you click on it, the time for the research be completed is not the one on the description, instead it displays the time required like if I were researching the same but at a higher level
Expected behavior
When you click on the icon of the research you want to start, it should charge you for the gold amount described on it and research time should be the same one on the description

Additional context
Let us know once this issue was fixed. I didn't check if I was charged for a higher lvl gold requirement, but please let us know once this issue is resolved, I don't want to wait or pay more than what I'm supposed to.
