Describe the bug
Adv Truce card account buff isn't cleared until game reload when sending an attack to a player (probably works with any way to clear a Truce Buff early). This makes the player unable to reuse a truce card until reloading the game.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use an Adv Truce Card.
Send an attack to a player (probably any method to clear Truce Card buff)
BUFF NOT CLEARED FROM UI
Recall ships
Trying to use a new Adv Truce Card instantly shows it can't be used because of current ghost buff active.
Expected behavior
Buff to disappear when sending an attack and be able to reuse a Truce Card instantly

It may be possible normal Truce Card may be bugged too and that you won't be able to use another Truce Card upon 1 hour cooldown finished if the game isn't reloaded.
