Magneto Pulsar BP doesnt exist #436

Describe the bug magneto Pulsar blueprint did not exist in Quest section, I claimed all rewards in quest and including all low tier ships and other Weapon BPs and havent auctioned as single item that came from it. In The official game it will be awarded after building a few ships but I already had over 50K

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to MY TOOLS
  2. Click on QUEST
  3. Scroll down to SIDE QUEST or MAIN QUEST
  4. See error: after I had built thousands of ships since that start of game, NONE of those quests WILL have Magneto Pulsar

Expected behavior the shipbuilding Quests will not show up

Additional context Because of magneto Pulsar missing, I cannot progress anymore after obtaining 'Meltdown', had Princess Lightspear BPs in stock but cannot use them as I dont have Heartstopper which was in the same tech line as Pulsar
