Describe the bug
Selling G.F Capital to Corsair Gold crashes the client's UI.
To Reproduce
Claim a reward from the IGL building that gives you the G.F Capital planet item.
Access the Chip Generation panel and click Galactic Trafficker.
Drop G.F. Capital item into the sell window.
Click Sell.
That UI panel locks and can't escape, chat seems to scroll by still so it's not a complete client crash (like something popping up but not visible?)
