Describe the bug
After using Construction card, there's 5 slot for upgrade/build
i'm upgrading space station, civic center, 2 he3 extractor, and building 1 thor cannon
There's a battle on my planet, the thor cannon is gone missing since it's not fully built yet
and the slot for upgrading shown only 4 progresses. i can select other building, and click on upgrade, nothing happened, select that building again, we can click on accelerate
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use construction card
Do upgrades / built
Build thor cannon on space base
get the planet under attack
The progress of thor cannon gone missing, but progress of space base upgrade persists and i can select to upgrade another building
select upgrade on another building, it shows nothing, no new upgrade progress or anything, no resource used.
And select that building again, we can click on accelerate now
Expected behavior
The building schedule should show 5 progresses instead of 4
There should be popup saying the queue is full
