i can recall fleets in war and wrong set #486

Describe the bug after i sent my fleets to war ( defend mode ) and after they landed , and before the new round started , i could recall 1 fleets and recall button active as my ss atfer round started i cant recall and everything went right

also fleets should appear in ( fleets in battle mode ) not in ( fleets in defens mode ) To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
