Unexpected end for Corp Pirates #491

Describe the bug

Corp pirates stopped after first round was able to see the panel "ending" the pirates but it never actually finished. Now I have all pirate fleets in my base (I tried reloading the game several times and they're still there, not sure if it's a visual thing or they're actually there)

To Reproduce

Basically we just launched pirates 4

Expected behavior They would attack and my base would defend but it "ended" after first round

There is a way to reproduce this 100% of the time I wont say how but It causes serious lag on the server
