Merge fleet bug #506

Describe the bug Merge fleet bug ,after u merge fleet the other fleet still floating but no number and u can still click it to move it around

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. You merge the fleet
  2. After u merge the fleet it should be one fleet
  3. Click ok to merge

Expected behavior the other fleet doesn't disappear it still floating and u can click it and move it,but the number fleet is gone
