Wrong enemy ships and commander in Mr3 fleets #511

Describe the bug A fleet in mr3 have wrong things

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to instances
  2. Click on restricted instances and go to 3
  3. See error

Expected behavior At least being as it was in instance viewer (krtools), but i think it is wrong there since doesn't make sense the angla in restricted instances.
