The armor types have the wrong damage increase/reduction from magnetic and heat weapons. #518

Currently the % damage taken from heat and magnetic damage are all flipped for the four normal armor types.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make a design for each armor type with equal agility and defence stat.
  2. Test them each in arena against a fleet with low level heat ballistic or heat ship-based weapons with a min weapon chip.
  3. Compare the damage each of them takes.
  4. Repeat the test this time against a fleet with magnetic ship-based weapons.

Expected behavior The values for the damage taken for magnetic and heat damage should be flipped according to the numbers listed in the image below.
