Update README in anticipation of v1.0 #220

What is the goal of this PR?

Tweak the README before the release of v1.0.

This pull request:

applies some number formatting, link formatting changes to make the README easier to read as plain text.
disambiguates between Boomer Digital's and Super Good's solidus_taxjar extensions.
adds a link to the wiki so end user documentation is more discoverable.
adds a warning about using this extension without a job backend like Sidekiq configured.
