[Enhancement] Throttling option? #31

It would be a very appreciated option. DTA addon and some other chan downloaders had it, why not this one? :)

Very good idea! I find it indeed sometimes painful to browse the web when downloading a lot of threads simultaneously. However, I'll have to think of a way to implement this into the current state of the program. Also, do you happen to know the name of some of those chan downloaders? It might give me ideas for new features.

Well, DownThemAll as a crude downloader has it.

And if I recall correctly, it was either XChan 2.5b and/or https://sourceforge.net/projects/fourchan-dl/

There might have been a third one, I simply don't know. Definitely check EncyclopediaDramatica for downloaders, might be there. Maybe this one implemented it, but this one is a new fork so I doubt it https://sourceforge.net/projects/ychan/?source=recommended

But I swear, I had one with speed limiter :)
