Clicking an Edit Conneciton on Oracle doesn't bring up Extra Information #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click edit connection on an Oracle database
2.Oracle Info doesn't come up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should display protocol, Service ID, Service Name

Fixed in revision 449 by removing the UpdatePanel around the whole page.
