Incorrect colors from KML generator #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Overlay is saved as 0014C4
in google earth 00414C is the color being displayed
(used calculator to convert rgb from google earth to hex to check this)

basically whats happening is when swapping the rgb values to bgr you also swap 
the
hex code to be backwards to C4 becomes 4C
