Mapping OnSelectedIndexChanged not working in all cases

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit an existing connection.
2. In the mapping section, click msustudentdatalocks
3. Click Map Name.
4. Click the other table in mapping -> database tables.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: columns page on the right side of the mapping. The one that lists 
the columns.

Actual: The mapping table remains on the right side, with 
msustudentdatalocks's column names, no less.

Pointers: the OnSelectedIndexChanged linked to the gridview on the left 
side should reset the Visible properties of ALL panels on the right side so 
that only the one for viewing the list of columns is visible.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Lona, could you just have the select button in the grid view thing show the 
columns
panel instead of any of the mapping panels? I'm not sure exactly how any of that
works so I'm reassigning it to you.
