IE icon condition bug #153

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In IE navigate to connDetails
2. add an icon
3. click modify condition
4. select table (i used msustudenttablelocks)
5. click field, when the drop down appears it doesn't expand and you can't
read all of the names

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Also an issue with overlay conditions.
