Make overlay conditions reappear after removal

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click Edit Connection
2.Click Save and Edit
3.Add an Overlay
4.Give it a connection
5.Remove the condition
6.Click Modify condition
7.Click Cancel
8.Condition Reappears (Its magic)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Totally Crazy.  Shouldn't show back up.  Check to see if this can happen
with icon conditions...
