Extremely long icon alt-texts overflow the icon library window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an icon to the icon library by either
  A. manually by entering an extrememly long file name into the database or
  B. use the icon uploader to upload a file with an extremely long file
name and then delete/rename the icon. 
2. View the icon library.
3. The alt-text (file name) overflows the panel and pushes the cancel
button, as well as any other icons off of the side of the page.

Verified image text isn't overflowing library panel and hover-over text shows 
full
filename.
