New SER DB MuSe-CAR!

This is a new multimodal sentiment and emotion dataset, which includes speech.

Thank you for contributing @aliceebaird :tada: The MuSe-CAR is a nice addition to the existing list. There are a couple of typos and formatting issues, but I understand that the formatting can be tricky. So I am merging this PR and fixing the formatting in the next commit on the master :)
