Ideas for new FC Targets

Optimal for easy wiring and availability:

[ ] Matek F411-WSE
[ ] Matek F411-WTE
[ ] Matek F405-WMN

Very cheap option but needs more wiring work and BEC:

[ ] Omnibus F4 (V1, V3, V6)

We will rebase the firmware on INAV 6.1 instead of keep updating the old Cleanflight code. This will allow us to take over the whole MCU rang that INAV supports with then only bringing in new targets with pin and conenction definitions. This will unfortunately remove support for F1, F3 and other ancient controllers, but this should be okay.
